According to article 5.5 of Law 19/2014, of 29 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, the “Transparency Portal is organised and managed by the Administration of the Government of Catalonia. It also integrates information from local administrations and the administrations and entities included in article 3.1.a, b, c, d and e. Local administrations and all other administrations and entities can create their own transparency portals. Their access must be enabled through the Transparency Portal of the Government in such a manner that is interconnected and facilitates their integration”.
Entities in the Register of legal entities of the Department of Justice
The search engine allows to look up the transparency websites of the legal entities in the Register of the Department of Justice.
To search, you need to at least fill in one of the due fields. If you search by the entity’s name, you may do so with a part of the name, but if you enter the whole word it is necessary write it correctly.

Other entities with special rules
These are entities that do not need to be in the Register of entities of the Department of Justice, because of their special legal nature.
